All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.

We are all anxious at times, and this can sometimes be helpful because it helps us stay alert and be reactive when faced with danger.  But when anxiety becomes overwhelming, CBT can be extremely helpful.  Much of the treatment involves behavioural change and experimenting with doing things differently, at a pace that you are comfortable with, and based on a mutual understanding of the rationale for these changes.
