Workshop Aims and Objectives:
Self-esteem, self-confidence and self-concept all play a big part in the foundation upon which our lives are built. The aim of this one day workshop is to provide the underpinning knowledge of the way that our quality of life is affected by our self-esteem and confidence. It is designed to help individuals to develop beliefs, thinking styles and behaviours to formulate healthy levels of self-esteem, and create action plans to begin the process of boosting their self-esteem. General objectives of the workshop will enable participants to:
 
  • Comprehend the difference between confidence and self-esteem.
  • Understand how confidence and self-esteem effect each other.
  • Recognise the individual personal needs that enable them to be at their best.
  • Identify personal strategies to meet their needs.
  • Acknowledge and appreciate their positive attributes.
  • Identify limiting beliefs and learn strategies to overcome them.
  • Recognise their core vales and establish methods to incorporate them into thier life.
