We all experience stress to some degree. Stress and anxiety manifest in many ways, such as stress-related illnesses, difficulties in sleeping, tension, anxiety, panic attacks, and mood swings. Our Stress Management provides a range of practical and creative ways of understanding when and why stress occurs and how to positively respond. Training can be tailored to meet specific issues within a company. General stress management training objectives covered in our workshops are:
