Melissa Gonzalez-Dixon, BA MSc PG Dip, CBT Therapist

Since completing a BA in Applied Psychology, Melissa has undertaken a Post Graduate Short Course in Brief Interventions in Mental Health, leading to a qualification as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, followed in 2011 by a Post Graduate Diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.  Melissa currently works for the NHS in an IAPT service, and also provides clinical CBT supervision for students on the foundation Psychodynamic and CBT course at Birkbeck University.  In total Melissa has over six years experience working with adults with depressive and anxiety symptoms. Melissa is able to see clients in Watford or Borehamwood.

Martin Cox, MSc, CBT Therapist

Close crop 2 (1)Martin is a fully trained and accredited Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Therapist and Counsellor. He is also very down-to-earth, easy to talk to and takes care to balance a thoroughly professional approach with a good deal of common sense and humanity. Calling on many years of experience in the public, private and charity sectors, he will work with you to assess and discuss your concerns and goals and then undertake a specifically tailored treatment plan to meet your needs. Martin is able to see clients in central London or Watford.
